General:
The student – the person to receive the training outlined on the enrolment form.
When registering on this site the student is agreeing to these terms and conditions.
It is the Students responsibility to notify Catzeyes of any change of circumstances, (i.e. change of address or name or employer/sponsor)
Although every effort will be made by Catzeyes to advise students as to be best course for them based upon the information provided by the student, it is the student’s responsibility to ensure that they select the correct course of study.
Course fees – Must be paid prior to the course starting.
Course fees can change without any notification to you.
Course fee will be discounted for block booking over 10 people.
Refunds will be returned only to the client for courses not started after 5 working days. (This is on the condition the student has not signed into the platform).
Course fees must be paid in full and as agreed at the time of enrolment.
Study Materials - All study materials are protected by copyright. You may retain them solely for your own instruction.
Study materials may be provided in the form of paper, CD, or downloadable file format. Catzeyes training materials reserve the right to supply materials in any of the formats given as dictated to us by our suppliers as circumstances arise.
Catzeyes Haulage will always endeavour to provide the materials as advertised and as requested by the student.
Study period – the time period within which Catzeyes training offers full support to a learner without additional tuition costs.
Tutor resource is allocated according to the activity levels required by the student, this will be set by the organisation requiring the training.
Submitted work (on-line courses) will be marked and fed back strictly in accordance with the course .i.e. if a student is required to submit 1 task per week, the tutor will not be required to mark any more work than 1 task per week.
This does not mean that the catzeyes will stop your studies; it just means that we may need to discuss additional payment for ongoing tuition and support.
A cooling off period of five working days is allowed from the date that you register the training. After this period no refunds are available.
Once enrolled and the cooling off period has ceased the client has committed to paying for a place on the course for the commencing date specified of the enrolment.
If the learner fails to attend, the normal rules apply and catzeyes is not obliged to offer a refund.
Data Protection – Catzeyes Haulage is registered under the Data Protection Act to collect information about students for various administrative, academic and health and safety reasons. Your information will not be shared with any other third party.
For all overseas students the Law of England and Wales govern these terms and conditions.

Advanced Driving St John Ambulance – 8 weeks
Advanced Driver Training – 8 weeks
Fire Brigade EFAD Training – 8 weeks
The Free Theory test
Business Planning - 6 weeks
Driver CPC:
The driver CPC course is a 35 hour training session carried out in 7 hour training sessions over a period of 5 years. Catzeyes Haulage Ltd has two cost plans the first being group bookings and the second individual bookings. Group Driver bookings.
Bookings made before 10th September 2011 will have a guarantee that this price will remain the same until 10th September 2014 for all individual drivers and or companies.
Group booking must also make the training venue available unless otherwise agreed
In all cases there must be a minimum of five drivers.
All monies must be paid prior to the training day.
