Catzeyes Haulage was established April 2010 by Stephen Bennett After serving 25 years (1979 - 2004) in the Military (Army) and gaining the rank of Warrant Officer class 1 I eventually set up a training company dealing in Transport and Logistics training and providing a greater range of industrial led qualifications and bespoke training solutions to a number of companies. During this time I have been a Driving Standards Agency (DSA) LGV Registered Driving Instructor, a DSA Approved Driving Instructor (ADI), a fleet trainer on the DSA register training students in advanced driving techniques whilst subcontracting to a large number of training organisations and companies including the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA). I also hold a Diploma in Advanced Driving Instruction, Certificate in professional competence (National Road Haulage) I have a Road Transport Industry Training Board (RTITB) qualification as a counter balance fork lift truck instructor. I spent 2 years in Co Durham writing transport and Logistics training material for Durham Logistic College and therefore my ethos of this business is to built on the flexibility obtained over the years to offer employer online led training solutions with quality and value as the key focus. I completed my certificate of professional competence (CPC) in road haulage in 2008 and now drive an articulated vehicle as a professional driver, I am also a chartered member of the chartered institute of logistics and transport. This responsive drive coupled together with my own business ethics and sound management skills, means I am now regarded as a competitive provider in the field of haulage training and solutions within this short time of being in business. I do strive to be an ‘A class second to none’ business, with a philosophy of operating a policy of continuous improvement and development within the delivery to a client base. The customers and clients to catzeyes haulage are the most important people I need to know. They are the resource upon which the success of this small (SME) business depends upon. When thinking about the importance of my customers it is always useful to remember the following points: * Repeat business is the backbone to the company and therefore provides revenue and certainty for the business and employee. * Organisations, such as Catzeyes are dependent upon their customers and therefore If we do not develop our customer loyalty and satisfaction, we could lose our customers. * Without customers this organisation would not exist. * The purpose of the organisation is to fulfil the needs of the customers. * It is the customer who makes it possible to achieve our business aims and goals. Customer Satisfaction: Customer satisfaction is at the heart of the business for Catzeyes. One estimate is that it costs five times as much to attract new customers as it does to keep an existing one. The relationship between the customer and this organisation is, therefore, an extremely important issue to me and we will therefore strive to ensure that the customer always comes first.
